1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MIMI, made by SUNFLOWER 83 ApS (CVR 44178680, Denmark), you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app unless we say otherwise here: Apple's Standard EULA.

2. What MIMI is

MIMI recommends baby clothing layers based on local weather. It offers general suggestions, not medical advice, and it does not replace your own judgment about your child's needs.

3. MIMI Premium

MIMI Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual, with a free trial where offered). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Exact pricing and trial length are shown in the App Store listing before you buy.

4. No warranty

MIMI is provided "as is." Weather data comes from Apple WeatherKit and may be wrong or delayed. We make no guarantee the app is error-free or available at all times.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Danish law, SUNFLOWER 83 ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of MIMI.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
